Wonderful stay

The staff were amazing. So friendly and accommodating. The buffet breakfast was great. The rooms are good but could do with an update. The pool and gym are fantastic. The location is brilliant. Highly recommend.

Bathrooms are outdated and need to be redone.

Excellent place for someone looking for comfort and it’s value for money.

It’s at a very convenient location for all the shopping and the sustainability features in it. The staff were really friendly and professional especially Narin at the front desk and the housekeeer Battuumah who excellent. She attended our requirement immediately with a smile on her face.

All was perfect except awful blankets.

The breakfast was great. a wide variety of dishes and different cuisines of Asia. The staff was helpful and polite. The location is in the heart of a wonderful shopping area. Clean, cozy rooms. Thank you!

I especially didn't like the blankets. They were made of some kind of artificial material that did not allow air to pass through. Therefore, there were two options - to sleep without them - you freeze or lift but sweat

Nice facilities, great location, thought it was great value for the price paid

There weren't any staff at the pool (lifeguards or bartenders) so no drinks. Not anything major, just surprised that there weren't any staff compared to other hotel pools we used.

Great hotel for business travellers

The recently refurbished room was well appointed and well equipped. Food at breakfast was good, and the fitness centre very well equipped. Location is very good too right on Orchard Street- easy to go around for food etc and hence good value for money. Staff were very helpful, I needed to check out late, and they had already extended the time but my last meeting ran late and I missed the extended check oyt deadline. Ran to the counter and they extended it for another hour so I could get a quick shower before heading to the airport!

The rooftop pool is nice but looks tired

A comfortable hotel with a great breakfast in a convenient location.

Staff were very friendly, and also very helpful when the electronic swipe on our door ran out of battery and we couldn't get back into our room. Breakfast was fantastic. The location, right near Ion Orchard, is very convenient.

The room initially smelled like someone had been smoking inside. The full-length mirror in the room was very dirty. The bathroom door is a swing door rather than a slide door, which made the bathroom feel uncomfortably small.

AC didn’t work properly on 1st night however it gets fixed the next day, bathroom needs refurbished and the door to the swimming pool was broken. We advised the staff and fixed it shortly after.
